Clam Shell Feather Edge-to-Edge is a quick stitching clam shell. Big, beautiful, full feathers and graceful swirls fuse into an instant classic. Use it as an edge-to-edge on almost any quilt or add an eye-catching feature with just a single strategically placed row (see photos below). We love it, and we hope you will to!
Clam Shell Feather Edge-to-Edge is designed at 7.8 x 10 inches wide (19.8 cm x 25.4 cm). The design should be stitched out with the rows offset (plus row on top for Statlers).
This edge-to-edge is designed with over stitching. The rows should be nested (negative spacing).
Remember that the smaller you make the pattern the smaller the stitch length needs to be to get a true curve on your pattern.
