Elizabeth Border pattern was designed at 5 inches tall by 10 inches wide (12.6 cm x 25.4 cm).
This pattern can be enlarged or made smaller but remember that the smaller you make the pattern the smaller the stitch length needs to be to get a true curve on your pattern.
