Halloween Project 3 is designed at 15 x 21 inches wide (38 cm x 53 cm). For best appearance, the project should be stitched out at 14 spi. The outermost line is a guide for trimming out the finished piece, and for placing the binding.
In the second picture, Jan Trump (Quilt Me A Quilt) added a couple of borders (designed by Ann Bright) and painted the project with Inktense pencils for fabric.
Remember that the smaller you make the pattern the smaller the stitch length needs to be to get a true curve on your pattern.
